Attentive and welcoming staff made for a pleasant experience.
I faced a significant issue with the shower in my room. the pressure was frustratingly weak, and one of the knobs was faulty. This made my daily routine quite inconvenient. Additionally, I had to confront the reality of a buzzer at the door that wasn't mentioned anywhere—making access something of a hassle.

Highly recommended for families
You won’t believe how clean the room was every day, like, it's like they had a personal ghost cleaning it after us. The staff was super friendly,, and even brought extra towels for my kid, which was a nice touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but you get what you pay for.

It was an excellent fit for a hurried visit in Rome with outstanding value for money. The staff was super friendly and even brought extra towels for my child, which was a nice touch. There's a buzzer at the door, so remember to press it for access.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying a peaceful environment. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with housekeeping that consistently refreshed the room and left a delightful scent. However, the walk to major sights felt longer than expected, and the shower's water pressure was disappointing, which impacted daily routines. Additionally, a buzzer for door access was inconvenient and not clearly communicated.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights. The room was super clean and spacious, and I loved that we could fit an extra bed for our toddler without feeling cramped. It was also great to have air conditioning to keep it comfortable. The only downside was the weak shower pressure, which was a bit of a hassle during our stay.

The location was perfect. just a short walk to fantastic restaurants and the Vatican. The daily housekeeping was impressive, keeping the room spotless! The staff was friendly, always ready to help.
Though the shower was a bit small and leaked, it was manageable. A few extra towels for that would have been helpful.
